How To Order our beef

-Order ¼, ½ or whole beef by contacting us
-Send deposit
-Send balance when animal is butchered
-Pick up near Calgary (pay cutting costs to butcher at
this time)

   Our government inspected grass-fed and finished local Alberta beef is available in orders of quarters, sides or whole. We ask for a deposit when you place your order.   When your  animal goes in to our butcher near Calgary we let you know the balance owing, which you pay at that time.  The meat is dry-aged for three weeks, then you pick up your order from the butcher, cut and wrapped to your preference,  frozen and neatly boxed.  You pay the butcher directly for the costs of slaughter and cutting and wrapping.

Prices
The cost of the beef is $3.25 per pound plus the cost of slaughter, custom-cutting and wrapping . Slaughter currently costs $100 per whole animal.  Cutting and wrapping costs 69 cents per pound.

 We offer a variety of sausages made locally by a well-known European sauasage maker.  All are free of gluten, filler, nitrites and M.S.G. and contain only our natural grass-fed beef and spices.
